For Data#3 we were able to help them achieve their sales targets and significantly enhance their standing with the Queensland government.
The website and product management system we designed has enabled their government and related customers to purchase new IT equipment more efficiently. The user management system allows customers to see who their Data#3 account manager is when logged in, so they can contact them directly, significantly decreasing time and frustration throughout the sales process.
For Northern Business Consultants we helped them transion their market position from accountancy to valuable client advisory services.
Research and focus groups with staff and clients identified perceptions that were holding them up from achieving growth in key areas. The new brand and accompanying guidelines are now having a positive impact with their strategy. Their new website plays a vital role in providing resources to both prospective and exisiting clients.
“Be prepared for an interesting journey that should change the way you do business”.
Mark Lewis, Director, A1 Exhaust Group Pty Ltd
For the A1 Exhaust Group we designed a brand and communications plan which enabled them to quickly enter their market.
A1 Exhausts exceeded their growth targets and secured 25 stores within just 5 months of operation. The group has now grown to over 90 stores Australia Wide.
Customers from all over Australia believe that we are an established, trustworthy company and they have no qualms paying for cat enclosure kits up front over the phone.
Ken Roberts, Catsafe.
For Catsafe we developed a name, brand and online marketing strategy so that within a short space of time, the market perception is that they're well established.
New laws will require cat owners to keep their pets contained at certain times throughout the day. Very quickly they have been able to sell their products to customers around Australia. Having now achieved a top ranking on Google coupled with an industry leading website, they’re now prepared for accelerated growth once their product will become a necessity from legislation.
For Hanley Industrial Enterprises we conducted staff and supplier surveys which uncovered key strengths in their brand.
We then worked with Hanleys to boost morale and renew market interest in their brand by aligning their brand message at all levels with their workplace culture. As a result we were able to help them retain large existing accounts that were under threat from new competitors and attract new contractors.
Their ability to not only provide services but to offer ideas and implement strategy
along the way has resulted in many positive outcomes.
Brendan Feltoe, Managing Director, Envirowatt.
We worked with Envirowatt to ramp up their communications, rapidly establishing credibility to their new brand.
Our strategy has ensured they can bolster their bottom line from existing energy products and solutions, while at the same time allow them to pursue work in the renewable energy market.
They continue to outrun their larger competitors and are forging significant inroads into the sustainable energy sector.
Having a successful relationship with Image Substation previously, it was an easy choice when coming to introduce a new division within our practice and at the same time refresh and align our existing branding to reflect the new environment and culture going forward.
Hamish and his team co-ordinated the marketing strategy which in turn provided our staff and clients with a seamless and rewarding transition to the new environment.
- Paul Daly, Managing Director, Corporate Superannuation Partners.
For Corporate Superannuation Partners we developed a brand management & marketing strategy which has allowed them to successfully extend their services into the financial planning market.
For Tenneco Australia we helped refine and streamline the brand of their exhaust replacement group, Carline. We conducted extensive research that gave the management team a clear snapshot of strengths and weaknesses of the groups communications.
As part of the brand strategy we designed comprehensive brand management guidelines. These allow State Managers the ability to control, manage and audit the group's communications at all levels from brand name hierarchy in signage, to verbal communications. The refined brand imagery reinvigorated loyalty and conformity within the group.
We found the service Hamish provided invaluable in the manner in which he dissuaded us of our preconceived notions of what a new company name should, and should not be.
Paul McArdle, Director, Global Roam
We consulted with Global Roam in determining a new trading name that best suited their market position and international growth plans.
A total of nine unique names were successfully registered as trade marks. Other intellectual property such as .com prefix domain names and company names were also secured. The company is now in a position to select one name to launch to the market and use the other names for sub divisions when strategy requires.
Their process helped both myself and my staff identify and understand the business’s image. We were able to appreciate why our clients liked our services (and what they disliked) and gain an insight into their expectations of the business for the future. That prompted us to not only adopt an image and presentation style that our clients were looking for, but encouraged us to develop a culture and working atmosphere that our clients identify with and that we take pride in.
- Bill Wilson, Partner, Wilson Lawyers
For Wilson Lawyers we worked with the partners to align the brand with their growth strategy. From focus groups with staff and interviews with select clients we were able to determine the approach for their communications. The new brand provided a confidence boost as well as allowing the firm to successfully pitch for large commercial matters.
We worked with Data#3 to develop a website to launch the new HP Blade server system.
The website and marketing strategy was specifically aimed at attracting their target market to attend the launch event where the product was showcased and explained. The website proved to be a success as attendance exceeded expectations.
For Avisure we developed a visual and verbal brand that helped them launch into a specialised niche market.
We helped Avisure with a brand strategy that has allowed them to market effectively with a perception of stability and experience, in a market that is still in its infancy. Avisure is now on track to becoming a thought-leader in bird strike avoidance.
