Operational Policies

Free pitching:  Image Substation will not participate in any free pitching for any type of consulting work.

Pricing:  For ethical reasons we do not charge an hourly rate.  Charging via a time based unit means that the longer we take is good for us, not you.  Our value is to help you in the shortest possible time frame to ensure your needs are met. Our measures of success are the outcomes we achieve for you.

External service providers:  During the course of a project there may be need to engage third parties.  Image Substation will always be willing to work with your preferred suppliers.
It is our policy not to hide a margin on top of any quotes from any supplier.

Confidentiality:  We are always happy to sign confidentiality agreements where applicable.  We encourage protecting each parties confidentiality and intellectual property through appropriate agreements.  We understand that IP can add significant value to your business and should be protected.

Ethics:  If we are approached by your competition during a project we will notify you immediately and give you first right of refusal to submit any proposals, tenders or engage with that competitor whilst we are working with you.
